1. The brief

Your project will begin with an interior design consultation which will give us a clear understanding of what you want and your lifestyle, how you use your space, and your wider aspirations and aesthetic preferences. From there we’ll be able to tailor every aspect of the project to your individual tastes and requirements.2. The concept

 2. The concept

Following the brief, we’ll create initial designs and decorative specifications, sketching out floor plans, internal layouts, furniture placement and lighting arrangements to produce scale drawings. We’ll present the concept to you alongside mood boards and samples of proposed finishes and fabrics to consider and approve. A draft cost plan will be drafted with provisional sums for any works and an outline schedule.

3. Design development

When you’ve agreed the concept design, your new space will really begin to take shape, including any bespoke cabinetry, flooring or furnishings. We’ll produce working CAD drawings and appoint any specialist services – from architects to artisans – needed for the project. A detailed schedule of works will be drawn up and if everything meets your approval, we’ll be ready to start work.

4. Procurement

At this stage we’ll give you a comprehensive cost plan itemising each element per room with a summarised project total. Procurement will be carefully controlled at every stage including price, negotiation, value engineering, production, delivery and quality management to ensure you get the best value for money.

5. Installation

The installation of each element of the design will be supervised from start to finish, making sure every item large or small reflects your style and vision. Our highly experienced installation team will transform your living space, with a minimum of inconvenience while ensuring an exquisite finish.

6. Specialist installation and dressing

Once all construction and fixed items are complete, soft furnishings and window treatments will be expertly installed. The delivery and positioning of all furniture and furnishings will be coordinated, artwork positioned, and accessories and floral arrangements curated to perfect the overall look – finishing touches to make your space truly unique.
