Combe Down Mill

Our client wanted a light, fresh and cosy new décor for this upstairs bedroom in their Grade II listed property near Bath. Bespoke bedside tables were included in the brief, but it’s the variety of fabrics that give the room its visual appeal. Combining quirky weaves, knits and patterns, and layering textures from the carpets to the bedspreads and on to the cushions, generates a light and comfortable atmosphere. Meanwhile, a darker blue feature wall in the hallway provides a subtle lead-in to this calm and restful space.
